I know this was a trend last year with the I.AM.GIA. teddy coat debut BUT, I am happy to say this “teddy coat” trend is still here and it’s here to stay! I currently have two teddy coats, each in a different style, and I plan on buying more in different colors because that’s how much I love them. It feels like a big bear hug whenever I wear them!
This look is perfect for winter because not only is it super cute, but I can guarantee you will be kept warm as well. I styled this neutral, beige sweater dress with this long, brown teddy coat both from Missguided. Missguided is the perfect brand to get items that are super on point with the trends, as well as being affordable. For shoes, because I love snakeskin boots, I paired this look with these neutral colored, snakeskin boots from Nasty Gal. Not only are these boots on trend with the print, but they are under-the-knee boots. Under-the-knee boots have made a comeback after being out-shined by over-the-knee boots the past few years and I’m here for it.
Last, but definitely not least, I paired this look with this black bag from the cutest consignment shop in Connecticut (thank you Aunt Eileen). I have a newfound love and appreciation for consignment shops. I think this bag looks very similar to a Chanel bag, but the price (thank god) was not very similar at all…thumbs up in my book considering I have student loans to pay off!
