My mom always says, “You can never throw anything out, they always come back around” – and ain’t that the truth. A prime example is loafers. I’m not sure if loafers ever went out of style, but they are definitely a trend right now. We’ve seen the Gucci slides, the LV loafers, and now the iconic Prada logo loafers with the block heel. It’s safe to say I am obsessed.
Not for nothing, these shoes took FOREVER TO FIND! They have been sold out on the Prada site, sold out on Farfetch, sold out on Nordstrom. It wasn’t until I found my size on Saks Fifth that I knew I had to get them. It was luck because I know SO MANY girls trying to get their hands on these bad boys.
Yes, I realize these are an investment pieces, but I truly think I will have these for the rest of my life. They have already become a staple in my everyday wardrobe. I find myself grabbing for the loafers with every outfit I wear. They truly make any outfit look chic… and that’s not exaggeration. My go-to fit with these shoes is a pair of oversized jeans, a sweater, leather jacket, and my Prada bag to match.
