Fall Neutrals - Color Blocking

One of the reasons I love fall fashion is you can really play around with neutral colors. One trend I am obsessed with for the fall is color blocking. It puts a special twist on an average sweater, shirt, jacket, etc.

I am wearing this adorable sweater from & Other Stories. It ties in three ideal colors for fall – white, cream, and brown. In most of my fall outfits, I have at least one of these colors incorporated in my look. The only other color this sweater needs is black to complete a classic fall color palette.

As you can see, I paired this look with my go-to black fiddlers hat, gold jewelry, black boots, Revice jeans (one of my FAV denim brands), and this adorable cream-colored Sabo Skirt bag with a tortoise-style handle. This bag is one of my newest obsessions because you can wear it in any season – fall, winter, spring, and of course, summer. It’s the perfect neutral color to compliment any look, giving a timeless but trendy twist with the tortoise-style handles.

If I’m being honest, I think I’ve taken this off twice since I bought it… Not only is it stylish, but it’s super comfortable and cozy! The amount of compliments I get from random people is crazy. By having neutral colors, it gives you the freedom to experiment with fun accessories and trendy shoes.
